Located in the scenic hills 9 miles northeast of Cooperstown, Roseboom Hill offers spectacular views in almost all directions.  Roseboom Hill is a modern home on 25 acres of woods and fields.  We are known for our quiet and tranquil setting.

Guests can relax in the guest living room, or on one of two decks.  Walking is encouraged on our scenic property.  Swimming or fishing is available in the adjacent 3/4 acre pond.

Breakfast is a deluxe Continental served between 8:00 and 9:00 am in the bright and airy dining room.

Anyone allergic to animals should be aware that a large, very friendly yellow Labrador retriever named 'Boomer' also calls Roseboom Hill home, although he is excluded from the bedrooms.

We cannot accommodate pets.  We are happy to advise you on the local tourist attractions, and will book dinner for you at any one of the excellent local restaurants.

Two guest rooms are available.  One room has a  king sized bed and the other 2 extended twin beds.  Private Bath..  Each room has a/c & TV.  Wireless internet access is available via our satellite system.
